long overdue

you know when you wait too long to send a thank you note or post pictures on facebook and before you know it, what you planned to send or post is completely irrelevant because you waited too long? yeah, that's this blog for me right now. i don't even know where to begin...so much good stuff to post about...all over a month too late :) such is life i guess.

let's back it up then, shall we? HERE is my race recap from the Austin Marathon. what an awesome experience it was, just as i had expected.

a week after the marathon, cody & i headed out to san francisco to celebrate the big 3-0. it was so wonderful. our trip went a little something like this:
-joined great friends on a wine tour of Sonoma


-visited the majestic Muir Woods

-had a birthday martini @ Top of the Mark

-ate the BEST sushi ever

-checked out pier 39 & chinatown

-enjoyed irish coffees at the Buena Vista cafe

-loved every minute!


after we got back, my friends joined us for an awesome belated birthday celebration at Boardwalk on Bulverde...it was a great night!


then, the NEXT week, we celebrated 4 years on St. Patty's day...
